Burglary with Battery

First degree felony burglary battery charge. In a road rage incident, client was accused of reaching into the victim’s car and pulling him out. Client was looking at 30+ years in prison. Charges reduced to one count of trespass, a 2nd degree misdemeanor. Paid fine and court costs.
